Responsibility and Transparency are the keywords for new SS25 collection!

We developed the new collection reinforcing the principles of Responsibility, through an even more careful and conscious choice of fibres and production processes/conditions, and Transparency, expanding the scope of traceability of our fabrics.

We believe that the path to a more sustainable and ethical fashion industry must involve the development of fabrics with a longer useful life and that are recyclable or biodegradable, closer production routes and product traceability.

Based on these assumptions, for the new SS25 collection, we present a diversity of fabric proposals produced with sustainable fibres, such as BCI cotton, organic cotton with GOTS / OCS certification, recycled cotton and polyester with GRS / RCS certification, Tencel^TM, regenerated cellulose, Linen and Hemp, as well as natural dyeing processes such as vegetal indigo and mineral dye.

For the hottest days of the season, we highlight our line of Linen/Hemp fabrics, natural fibres produced in a sustainable way, they are very resistant, fresh and versatile fabrics, our range of Tencel^TM articles, cellulosic fibre produced from renewable and biodegradable sources, are fluid fabrics, with excellent thermal regulation capacity.

In a sustainable way of reducing processes, we reinforced our ECRU concept, a variety of ready-to-wear fabrics in their natural colour, without the use of dyeing processes and which at the end of their useful life can be more easily recycled. This is a more sustainable finish, since the fabric is not submitted to some more environmentally aggressive steps, such as mercerization, and therefore consumes less water, chemicals, energy and CO2 emissions.

We also highlight our Upcycling concept, a concept that has always been present in our DNA throughout a journey that has already been in existence for 67 years. In 2019 we already introduced some of these articles into our collection and since then we have felt an increasing demand from customers. This concept consists in creative reuse of existing fabrics, avoiding textile waste and new productions with the inherent consumption of water, chemicals, energy and CO2 emissions. These are timeless fabrics, marked by time and history that give uniqueness and distinction to our customers' creations.
